Oh, what a feeling!

Today students used non standard units of measurement to find the area of their desktops. It was so much fun! Students were "busy bees" looking around the room for a unit of measurement that would work and follow the rules of area measurement. I would say more, but I think I will let the students share their thoughts on the activities. :)
